Why did I join Green Cabbage?  

 

My professional background blends elements of M&A (specifically, within the private equity context) and procurement. I spent the first 10 years of my career working in banking, and then later as the M&A lead for a private-equity-owned company, and the next 10 years as a procurement executive. As Business Development Lead for private equity customers at Green Cabbage, I get to bring these two very different aspects of my career under the same roof.

What surprised you in your first two weeks at Green Cabbage?  

 

Just how much fun I’ve been having. 🙂 As a former customer of Green Cabbage, I’ve known several members of the company’s leadership team, including our CEO Eric, for the last couple of years, and always suspected that this was a fun and engaging place to work. But being with the team day to day for the last two weeks really showed me what a special place Green Cabbage is. From Monday morning “all hands on deck” calls to weekend text chains; this place is buzzing with energy and excitement for what’s next to come! This company is in its prime, and I’m lucky that I got a chance to join the Green Cabbage team at such a pivotal moment in its growth story!
